Administrative Support Specialist

Position Summary
In the role of an Administrator, you will play a crucial part in delivering administrative support to guarantee the efficient and smooth operation of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from engineers and clients via phone
- Source components required by engineers
- Coordinate engineer appointments by liaising with clients
- Maintain and update the JD Edwards system as necessary
- Assist the Operations Manager with various administrative duties, including the procurement of subcontractor services
- Oversee maintenance agreements, ensuring timely processing for invoicing and scheduling of maintenance personnel
- Address customer complaints and manage the termination of contracts
Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 5 PM | Onsite role
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative or customer service positions, ideally within a service or engineering sector
- Experience in managing customer complaints is advantageous
- Strong IT skills, with knowledge of various systems including proprietary platforms and Microsoft applications
- Exceptional communication abilities and a talent for building strong relationships with team members
- Proactive mindset with excellent prioritization and multitasking skills
- Highly organized and adept at meeting deadlines
