Administrative Duties:
- Updating delivery schedules and managing payment transactions.
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintaining daily filing and balancing tasks.
- Preparing orders for upcoming deliveries.
- Updating customer information and performing additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Engaging with current and prospective customers in a professional manner over the phone.
- Assisting customers who collect items directly from the office, which may involve moving smaller gas canisters.
- Addressing inquiries from all customers efficiently.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Dependable and accountable.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident demeanor.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong prioritization and forward-thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with the North West of England is advantageous.
