Job Opportunity: HR Administrator

We are seeking an HR Administrator to provide proactive support in employee engagement, recruitment, retention, training, and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting the HR Manager with various tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing HR administration support to ensure effective employee engagement and development.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including advertising positions and managing candidate queries.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and databases.
  • Supporting the HR Manager with various tasks, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives, and recording employee appraisals.
