We have a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is looking to get this first exposure to a HR administration role with a team that is focussed on collaboration, ambition, fun, agile approaches, and of course hard work.
**About the role and the company**:
The People Team are on a journey of growth and is looking to expand its team to support the function.
As an HR Administrator, you will be assisting with the full colleague lifecycle and you will act as a point of contact for our colleagues on a variety of topics.
In terms of day-to-day tasks, you can be dealing with starters, letter & contract generation, processing of leavers, references, change of terms, and more
You will also be resolving queries and advising when needed alongside generating reporting whilst ensuring that the company’s systems are kept up-to-date with the relevant information.

**Person Specification**:
- Attention to detail is key to everything you do.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR computer packages
- Team Player with a positive and proactive approach who can also work independently to a high standard to meet deadlines.
- Flexible, hands-on approach with the drive and ability to provide support to a multi-shift business.
