About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Hawk 3 Talent Solutions. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales support to customers through various channels, including webchats and email
  • Manage inbound calls from customers and resolve any questions or queries effectively
  • Use a CRM system to upload customer quotations and requirements
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and document management
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
