We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Administration team with a range of tasks, including:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Handling reception duties, including answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Maintaining and updating practice databases and spreadsheets
- Communicating with clients and team managers to ensure seamless service delivery
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Administration team with a range of tasks, including document preparation, data analysis, and report writing
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge and skills to improve processes and procedures
