TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, with a global presence in major cities worldwide. As a key member of the merchant acquisition and incubation team for TikTok Shop UK, you will be responsible for leading the Mass Channel managers and High-Value acquisition teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the long-term strategy for mass acquisition and targeted acquisition, and lead key initiatives to drive growth.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure individual and collective growth, and monitor and evaluate team performance.
  • Manage the development and implementation of seller outreach strategies, identifying roadblocks and coordinating necessary resources among larger teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous process improvement.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth, leveraging complex business analysis and intelligence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or above, with strong experience in mass account management or mass acquisition.
  • Experience in mass user or client management, with a strong understanding of key levels including EDM, SEM, SEO, seller onboarding process, incentive policy, growth mission, etc.
  • Good data sense and ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence.
  • Experience managing teams, with proficiency in cross-team collaboration and driving successful projects.
