About the Role

Purdey's exclusive range of men's and women's shooting and country clothing and accessories embodies the brand's commitment to excellence.

This key position is responsible for driving sales, enhancing brand awareness, and improving the customer experience by developing and executing multi-channel campaigns.

The ideal candidate will think creatively to grow revenue and net income, drive customer acquisition and retention, and lead internal teams and vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accountable for driving and growing sales and margin of C&A to budget.
  • Develop and execute successful sales initiatives and client engagement strategies across e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to align commercial objectives with sales and margin targets.
  • Lead the design, development, and integration of e-commerce platforms, improving client experience, UX/UI, and elevating digital touchpoints in line with luxury standards and best practices.
  • Plan, edit, and upload front-end content across e-commerce platforms, aligning with new delivery drops, product launches, seasonality, and sale periods.
  • Drive traffic through SEO improvements, managing and briefing external contacts.
  • Collaborate with Retail to drive footfall into Audley House and VIC E-commerce client engagement through site updates, segmentation, and email engagement.
  • Report on-line performance and KPIs weekly and monthly.
  • Oversee email marketing creation in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure client experience continues to elevate based on client behavior and data.
  • Collaborate with other maisons to gain insights on customer experience improvements.
  • Improve efficiencies in e-commerce processes, working alongside merchandising, production, and marketing.

Requirements:

  • Strong and demonstrable experience in an E-commerce trading capacity.
  • Previous experience in building an e-commerce strategy and executing the roadmap.
  • Commercially minded with a desire to improve and stay abreast of innovations in the digital landscape.
  • Results-oriented and understands how to create, implement, and drive relevant KPIs for the online business.
  • Strong understanding of User Experience Design and usability best practices.
  • Technical platforms/systems - Shopify Content Management System (CMS), Shopify analytics/segmentation, Ometria & Figma.
  • Digital marketing knowledge to support the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • SEO knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of the digital environment and solid technical knowledge regarding UX/UI, integrations, Shopify Plus, ESPs, and campaign creation.
