The Role

We're seeking an experienced Director of Growth Marketing to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. As a key member of our marketing organization, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that drives acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a growth marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of marketing professionals, providing strategic guidance and direction
  • Manage multi-million-pound budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and data analytics, to drive business growth
  • Establish key metrics for acquisition, conversion, and revenue success, and develop dashboards to monitor and report progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in B2C and B2B marketing, with a focus on performance and growth marketing
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing channels, including paid search, affiliate marketing, paid social, and programmatic display
  • Knowledge of Google, YouTube, and Meta platforms
  • Experience managing multi-million-pound budgets and developing models for investment and measurement
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results and grow talent
