Role Overview:
This position involves working within a comprehensive healthcare framework to provide support to individuals aged 18 and over.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload effectively, offering tailored harm reduction advice and guidance.
- Conduct assessments, including risk evaluations and comprehensive treatment plans.
- Facilitate structured one-on-one and group sessions for individuals dealing with substance misuse and low-level mental health challenges.
- Provide transitional support to prepare individuals for reintegration into the community.

Qualifications:
- Experience in mental health or substance misuse services, with a focus on delivering structured interventions.
- Proficiency in CBT and motivational counseling techniques.
- Understanding of the Recovery Agenda and the challenges faced by substance misusers and individuals with low-level mental health needs.
