Key Responsibilities:- Facilities Maintenance: Oversee janitorial duties, including trash pickup, disposal of weeds, and general ground maintenance and upkeep.
- Supervision: Manage part-time temporary staff, ensuring a high quality of cleanliness is achieved.
- Inventory Management: Maintain facility supplies, including kitchen, bathroom, and common areas.
- Confidentiality and Professionalism: Maintain a respectful relationship with employees, interns, and clients, while adhering to confidentiality requirements.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Demonstrate ability to prioritize work and work-related responsibilities, while adapting to schedule changes and assumption of responsibilities.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Skills: Attention to detail, organization, computer literacy, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Human Resources, problem-solving, stress management, ethics, and team building.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of Federal, State, and Municipal laws and regulations that regulate the treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction.
