Job Summary:

Addiction Recovery Care, LLC (ARC) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Services Lead to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for both employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the duties performed by part-time temporary staff to ensure a high quality of cleanliness is achieved.
  • Manage outdoor and indoor janitorial duties, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, and restocking facility supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including those related to client privacy and confidentiality.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of facilities, including kitchen, bathroom, and common areas.
  • Bring policy and personnel issues to supervision as they arise.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements:

  • Computer literate with experience in a Windows environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge and competency in problem-solving, stress management, ethics, and team building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
