Position Overview

Strategic Creative Coordinator

At Talent Works, our mission extends beyond merely providing talent solutions; it encompasses fostering meaningful relationships with our clients. We prioritize understanding how to effectively introduce clients to our unique operational approach and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. Our goal is to continuously learn about our clients, adapt to their evolving needs, and be proactive in our support.

The Client Success team plays a pivotal role in maximizing the value of our partnerships. As our clients thrive, we also experience growth. Their successes translate into shared rewards, and as they strategize for the future, we align our plans to support their objectives, navigating challenges and enhancing long-term loyalty.

Core Objectives

Your effectiveness in this role hinges on the strength of your partnerships, both with clients and internal stakeholders. You will serve as the essential link between Client Success and the Creative team, adeptly interpreting requests, anticipating deadlines, and foreseeing changes before they arise. A clear understanding of what constitutes an exceptional creative outcome is crucial, enabling you to identify the necessary steps to achieve it.

This position requires more than traditional project management skills; it demands a creative mindset capable of grasping the creative vision, recognizing the various formats it must adapt to, and communicating effectively with diverse members of the creative team. Whether working on websites, landing pages, or campaigns, you will be responsible for breaking down projects, providing clear briefs for each phase, and maintaining project momentum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of creative campaigns and website projects.
  • Crafting precise and comprehensive briefs for the creative team, proactively seeking out missing information and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Establishing and managing project timelines and critical paths in collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ensuring adherence to all project stages and maintaining up-to-date checklists within the Talent Works project management system.
  • Coordinating project workloads, briefs, timelines, and supplementary materials within the project management system.
  • Independently managing multiple projects with various moving components, while collaborating with the Client Director or Talent Attraction Lead as necessary.
  • Facilitating regular meetings with creative, digital, and production teams to ensure alignment on milestones and asset delivery.
  • Reviewing creative presentations, artwork, and copy as needed.

Desired Attributes and Skills

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with both clients and internal teams.
  • A strong commitment to Client Success, with a passion for resolving project challenges.
  • A champion for creative outcomes, with the ability to collaborate with the creative team to realize initial concepts effectively.
  • Focus on delivering excellence through human engagement, with confidence in communicating with clients, even in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating outstanding communication skills.
  • Quick adaptability to new tools and technologies, with a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
  • Proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic, with a problem-solving mindset to navigate the complexities of the creative process.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience in a creative or digital agency environment, with a solid understanding of the complete creative lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders from various backgrounds, working across multiple teams and locations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with strategic thinking capabilities for resource allocation and budget management.
  • Experience in independently managing projects, assessing risks, and taking responsibility for optimal outcomes.
  • Familiarity with project management systems for scheduling and resource reporting.
  • Initiative and curiosity to understand clients and the creative process, with a commitment to ongoing learning.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong technological skills, including experience with project management software.
  • Alignment with our company values: supporting one another, asking questions, generating ideas, challenging norms, sharing passion, and demonstrating courage.
