Our goal is to be proactive partners, ready to assist when they need us the most.
The Client Success team is dedicated to maximizing the value of our partnerships. As our clients thrive, we thrive alongside them. We share in their successes and collaborate on future strategies, aligning our resources, anticipating challenges, and fostering long-term loyalty.

You will serve as the essential link between Client Success and the Creative team, interpreting requests, anticipating deadlines, and adapting to changing requirements. A clear understanding of what constitutes a successful creative outcome is crucial, enabling you to identify the necessary steps to achieve it.
This position demands more than traditional project management skills. You must be a creative thinker, capable of grasping the creative vision, understanding the various formats required, and effectively communicating with diverse members of the creative team. Whether it’s websites, landing pages, or marketing campaigns, you will break down projects, provide clear briefs, and maintain momentum throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing a portfolio of clients to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of creative campaigns and website projects.
- Crafting precise and comprehensive briefs for the creative team, proactively seeking missing information and translating data into actionable insights.
- Establishing and managing project timelines and critical paths in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Ensuring adherence to project stages and checklists, maintaining up-to-date records in the Talent Works project management system.
- Coordinating project workloads, briefs, timelines, and supplementary materials within the project management system.
- Independently managing multiple projects with various moving parts, while collaborating with the Client Director as needed.
- Facilitating regular meetings with creative, digital, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones and assets.
- Reviewing creative presentations, artwork, and copy as necessary.
Essential Attributes and Skills
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both clients and internal teams.
- A strong passion for Client Success, with a knack for resolving project-related challenges.
- A champion for creative outcomes, capable of understanding initial concepts and collaborating with the creative team to realize those ideas.
- Commitment to service excellence through meaningful engagement, with confidence in addressing clients, even in challenging situations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating outstanding communication skills.
- Quick adaptability to new tools and technologies, continuously enhancing your skill set for the benefit of yourself and your teams.
- Proactive, energetic, and curious, with a tenacious and enthusiastic approach to achieving results, even amidst the unpredictable nature of the creative process.
Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
- Experience in a creative or digital agency is beneficial, with a solid understanding of the complete creative lifecycle.
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders across various functions, including Brand, Marketing, HR, Creative, and Digital.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with strategic thinking capabilities for resource allocation and budget management.
- Experience in independently managing projects, assessing risks, and taking responsibility for optimal outcomes.
- Familiarity with project management systems for scheduling and reporting on resource utilization and project effectiveness.
- Initiative and curiosity to learn about clients and the creative process.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrated alignment with our company values: supporting one another, asking questions, generating ideas, challenging norms, sharing passion, and exhibiting courage.
