About the Role:

  1. Health and Safety Monitoring: You will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing our health, safety, and environmental processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  2. Site-Based Management: You will work closely with site-based management to ensure they are focused on delivering a safe and healthy working environment.
  3. Health and Safety Advice: You will provide expert advice to sites on project-specific health, safety, and environmental issues.
  4. Risk Management: You will work proactively to identify potential risks and areas for continuous improvement.
  5. Team Collaboration: You will be an integral team member in driving safety across our site portfolio in the region.
  6. Communication: You will be a confident communicator able to manage up as well as down.
  7. Training Delivery: You will deliver bespoke training to our site teams.
  8. CDM Advice: You will provide expert advice on CDM regulations.

About You:

  1. Qualifications: You will be NEBOSH Construction or General-qualified (essential).
  2. Additional Qualifications: Safety & Health Diploma-qualified (NEBOSH, NVQ, NCRQ - preferable).
  3. Experience: You will have experience in construction projects and associated hazards (essential).
  4. Desirable Experience: Experience in housebuilding (preferable).

What We Offer:

Kenton Black offers a competitive salary between £45-50,000 (dependent on experience) plus car/car allowance, bonus, and other corporate benefits. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor and forward-thinking Health and Safety team.
