Job Title: Insurance Account Handler

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Brown & Brown Europe. As an Insurance Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in providing technical, customer relationship, and administrative support to our Account Executives and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Account Executives to achieve their New Business and Renewal targets through proactive administration and customer support.
  • Support AE's in managing their prospect pipeline, providing profiling support, and conducting research on prospects.
  • Prepare detailed Renewal Review reports, obtain current claims experience, and provide quotations for up-sales.
  • Deal with incoming enquiries from clients, insurers, and other third parties in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain an efficient diary system, including age debtors lists, accounts queries, and chasing documentation.
Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years of insurance experience, either broking or underwriting.
  • Excellent understanding of Commercial Insurance products and insurance options.
  • Acturis insurance broking software knowledge is an advantage.
  • Commitment to progress towards Cert CII.
  • Possession of a full driving licence.
