The Role
We're looking for a friendly and professional Showroom Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you'll be responsible for providing a warm welcome, answering queries, and directing them to the relevant department or team member. You'll also be responsible for taking phone calls, responding to queries, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Take phone calls and respond to queries as appropriate
- Provide refreshments for visitors and ensure the seating area is tidy and fully stocked
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a professional environment
- Confidence in speaking to customers in a professional manner
- Good IT skills and ability to support with administration duties
- Self-starter, organized, and takes pride in their work
