About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Showroom Host to join our team at Mercedes-Benz & SMART of Bolton. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring that every visitor feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-maintained, and providing refreshments for visitors as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, and assist with administrative tasks as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in a professional environment.
