The Role:

We're seeking a friendly and professional Showroom Host to join our team at Mercedes-Benz & SMART of Bolton. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for providing a warm welcome, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone who visits our dealership.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to queries as appropriate
  • Provide refreshments and maintain a tidy seating area
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required
