About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Showroom Host to join our team at Mercedes-Benz & SMART of Bolton. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take phone calls and respond to queries as appropriate
  • Provide refreshments and maintain a tidy seating area
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required
