Hillarys is seeking a Dispatch Administrator to support our operations at our manufacturing facility in Nottingham.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient dispatch of orders. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of administrative tasks, requiring meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all dispatch team administrative duties with accuracy.
  • Adhere to established guidelines for daily order billing.
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to inquiries from various departments.
  • Maintain a high level of focus and precision in all assigned tasks.
  • Comply with health and safety protocols.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possess a minimum grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Have prior experience in a similar administrative role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Be capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
