About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Distinct Recruitment. This is a full-time, office-based position at our Nottingham Head Office, working from 9 am to 5 pm. You will work directly under the Finance Manager, supporting various financial operations-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial documents, from proforma to dispatch.
  • Collaborating with the credit control team to resolve client financial queries.
  • Coordinating with financial and administrative teams on financial adjustments, VAT issues, and more.
  • Producing and dispatching financial reports and related correspondence.
  • Managing financial disbursement processing for the firm.
  • Liaising with clients as needed.
About You
  • Experience in a numerical and process-driven administrative role.
  • Previous experience in financial administration is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and confidential approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, professional, and personable team player.
