Job Purpose:

To utilize prescribed systems and procedures to assist the team in the timely and accurate processing of various transactions within the Business Services Centre (BSC). To enable a flexible administrative service across all areas of function.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize prescribed employee and financial systems and follow detailed business processes to deliver transactions in accordance with agreed timescales.
  2. Maintain and input data and information using a range of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and internal systems such as SAP, Oleeo, ebulk, Granicus Forms, and Civica UPM.
  3. Provide general administrative support.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer queries are resolved first time, providing user-friendly customer contact that understands the implications of quality and service requirements.
  5. Work as part of a team to maintain high standards and meet business needs.
  6. Process employee and financial transactional activities within the Business Services Centre, including:

Transactional Employee Services

  1. Input and update basic applicant information in the recruitment, pension, and payroll systems, such as a change of personal details.
  2. Send recruitment documentation to applicants/candidates and recruiting managers as directed.
  3. Assist in managing and filing relevant casework correspondence to ensure accurate indexing for easy retrieval.
  4. Maintain pension scheme information to send to employees.
  5. Dispatch auto enrolment letters.
