Business Operations Coordinator

Job Purpose:
To utilize prescribed systems and procedures to assist the team in the timely and accurate processing of various transactions within the Business Services Centre (BSC). To enable a flexible administrative service across all areas of function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize prescribed employee and financial systems and follow detailed business processes to deliver transactions in accordance with agreed timescales.
- Maintain and input data and information using a range of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and internal systems such as SAP, Oleeo, ebulk, Granicus Forms, and Civica UPM.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer queries are resolved first time, providing user-friendly customer contact that understands the implications of quality and service requirements.
- Work as part of a team to maintain high standards and meet business needs.
- Process employee and financial transactional activities within the Business Services Centre, including:
Transactional Employee Services
- Input and update basic applicant information in the recruitment, pension, and payroll systems, such as a change of personal details.
- Send recruitment documentation to applicants/candidates and recruiting managers as directed.
- Assist in managing and filing relevant casework correspondence to ensure accurate indexing for easy retrieval.
- Maintain pension scheme information to send to employees.
- Dispatch auto enrolment letters.
