Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Office Operations Manager to become a vital part of our team at Igloo.

The ideal candidate will oversee a group of administrative personnel, ensuring efficient workflows and upholding exceptional standards of client service.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of four administrative staff, managing leave, cross-training, attendance, and facilitating professional development and individual meetings.
  • Optimize existing procedures and coordinate team activities.
  • Conduct daily briefings with the Warehouse Supervisor and team regarding incoming and misrouted freight.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement effective enhancements.
  • Participate in monthly discussions with the Senior General Manager.
  • Ensure superior customer service by acting as the primary point of escalation for issues.
  • Perform cost and sales evaluations of deliveries.
  • Generate system sales reports.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including the ability to execute basic Excel functions, formatting, and pivot tables.
  • A minimum of Grade C (Grade 5) in Maths and English.
  • Strong customer service skills.
