  • As the Practice Manager at Pertemps Northampton, you will have a key role in overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the practice. This includes managing the financial aspects of the firm, including budgeting, financial reporting, and billing processes in multiple offices.
  • Working closely with accountants or financial professionals, you will ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Responsibilities will also include overseeing the recruitment, on-boarding, and performance evaluation processes for legal staff, as well as handling the day-to-day operational aspects of the firm.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in a legal environment, with previous experience as an office or practice manager. A full clean driving license is also essential, as you will be required to travel between multiple offices.
  • Key skills include excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong leadership and team management skills, and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
  • We are looking for someone who is proficient in practice management software and other relevant IT systems, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The successful candidate will also have knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards, and the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
