Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team at Reed. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our clients' organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General Management: Oversee general management and administration tasks to support the smooth running of the organization.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal requirements for record-keeping.
  • Purchasing: Manage purchasing processes, ensuring value for money and adherence to company policies.
  • Service Coordination: Organize and oversee services provided to residents by external agents.
  • Resident and Staff Records: Keep resident and staff records up to date in line with CQC requirements.
  • Communication: Communicate professionally with residents, families, suppliers, and other agencies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support including typing, filing, photocopying, and minute-taking.
  • Account Management: Assist in managing accounts, including fee collection, invoice processing, and payroll assistance.
  • Financial Management: Maintain petty cash and additional services funds, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health, safety, and security protocols are followed within the office environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in an Office Manager role, preferably within the healthcare or real estate sector.
  • CQC Knowledge: Familiarity with CQC requirements and healthcare policies.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using office software and systems, including databases and spreadsheets.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Accounting Skills: Experience in managing accounts and financial records.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
