About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Maxi Haulage Ltd as a Night Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our depot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the depot team, ensuring the efficient processing of paperwork and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including drivers, dispatchers, and other depot staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance depot operations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the depot team.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
