Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will have the chance to engage with clients nationwide. A valid UK driving license is required. You will also spend time in the warehouse to gain a deeper understanding of the products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily management of customer orders and inquiries utilizing company software.
- Prepare commercial proposals and quotes in accordance with customer timelines.
- Handle incoming calls and foster strong customer relationships while maintaining high service standards.
- Manage email communications in the shared sales inbox, directing messages to appropriate teams.
- Comprehend customer needs and address any inquiries related to sales opportunities.
- Effectively manage customer complaints to ensure swift resolutions.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding the shipping of customer orders to guarantee timely deliveries.
- Proactively update customers on order status via phone and email.
- Support management with sales data collection and prospecting initiatives.
- Exhibit strong time management skills by prioritizing key tasks and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the international team for updates on shipping and product releases.
- Participate in sales and product training to enhance customer service and product knowledge.
- Monitor outstanding quotes and follow up with customers to gather feedback and improve conversion rates.
- Work with management to track KPIs and ensure targets are achieved.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience or knowledge in the manufacturing or engineering sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Possession of a valid UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
