Outbound Sales Representative

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Outbound Sales team.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, with occasional Saturdays compensated with a day off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients who have shown interest through various marketing initiatives.
- Meet departmental sales conversion goals while ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Ensure that all sales calls comply with company protocols and relevant regulations.
Essential Skills:
- Communication: Maintain a professional telephone demeanor with proven experience. Exhibit excellent listening and communication abilities to address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service, particularly to vulnerable clients.
- Productivity: Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet KPIs related to production, quality, and customer service.
- Accuracy: Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in recording information and adhering to established processes and procedures.
- IT Proficiency: Possess strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Customer Advocacy: Actively ensure that clients have a positive experience with the company.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of telephone sales experience is preferred.
- Proven success in a target-driven environment.
- History of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in accordance with detailed procedures.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
