Business Development Representative

The Company

They are an IT Services company, with a diverse portfolio of offerings - Managed Services, CyberSec, Networking, Cloud - you name it, they do it They operate on a global scale and are proud to have offices all around the globe.

The Position

As a Business Development Representative with this organisation, you would be a fundamental pillar to the Business Development team. Working closely with an Account Manager, you would be working in a particular sector-based vertical and generating inbound and outbound leads (many of them warm). Mindless cold-calling is often associated with BDR positions, punished by KPIs - this organisation is focused on delivery , and if you make 10 calls or 100, what matters is the outcome They dedicate much time in establishing their marketing campaigns, and therefore cold-calling isn't the only approach - they tailor nuanced marketing campaigns targeted to various sectors and verticals across multifarious channels.

What do you need?

  • experience in Sales - whether it is Sales Support, SDR/BDR - any experience is considered
  • experience in the industry would be highly beneficial - if you have worked for an MSP, Reseller, Service Provider, Telco - that would put you in great stead
  • a highly-motivated and innovative mindset - creativity is welcomed and rewarded in the building of marketing campaigns, and the drive to succeed is often a prerequisite here
