Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Occupational Health, Safety and Wellbeing Service, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice on employee health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational health services to our Trust and commercial service users, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct fitness for work and pre-commencement health assessments.
- Manage sickness absence cases and provide guidance on return-to-work strategies.
- Develop and implement infection prevention and control measures.
- Contribute to policy and strategy development, ensuring alignment with Trust objectives.
- Support the development and training of junior staff and students.

Requirements:
- Experience in occupational health nursing, with a strong understanding of relevant policies and procedures.
