We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Administrator to join our team at St. James's Place. As an Operations Support Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, providing administrative support to our teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate diary management, scheduling meetings, and preparing digital packs for team members.
- Distribute internal communications, including facilities memos, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to meetings, take minutes, and ensure actions are followed up.
- Support the planning and execution of location and community-related events.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time and minimal expenditure.
- Provide reception duties and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally through effective communication.
- Strong administration skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft packages, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in managing multiple diaries and workshop/webinar planning, with a background in a reception environment.
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative, as well as being part of a team, supporting colleagues where required.
- Willingness to make decisions on prioritizing workload and taking responsibility for own tasks.
