About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Rockfield Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for leveraging our strong brand, market intelligence, and leads to contact potential customers and arrange meetings to discuss the value proposition and win their business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business with an international footprint, supporting the NHS and private healthcare sector for over 35 years, as well as healthcare organizations in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange new client meetings, video calls, and attend them in person.
  • Work closely with other members of the business to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated to achieve with a desire for career progression.
  • Willing to travel to visit existing accounts, attend events, and new business meetings. You will therefore hold a full driving license.

This role offers uncapped earnings potential, with a basic of £50,000 + car allowance, pension, and a realistic OTE of £30,000. With our plans to grow the business, this role offers potential for ongoing personal career development.
