About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Ecotricity. As a key member of our business, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-value business customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our business customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our business customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of business customers, ensuring their accounts are up-to-date and accurate, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer relationship management, account management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the energy industry, including billing and metering processes.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or marketing.
