Job Title: Rolex Boutique Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Boutique Director to lead our Rolex boutique in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a client-centric strategy to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Coach and support the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Optimize hospitality to create unique and memorable client interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Play an active role on the sales floor to lead by example and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Manage the back of house operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and implement best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all Watches of Switzerland and Rolex procedures.
  • Collaborate with the management team to recruit, retain, and develop talent.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a senior management role within hospitality or retail, preferably in a luxury brand.
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Passion for retail and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Experience in driving business growth and building client relationships.
  • Commercially focused with experience in working with CRM systems.
