About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boutique Director to lead our Rolex boutique in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a client-centric strategy to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Coach and support the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Optimize hospitality to create unique and memorable client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
- Play an active role on the sales floor to lead by example and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Manage the back of house operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Identify opportunities for growth and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all Watches of Switzerland and Rolex procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to recruit, retain, and develop talent.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior management role within hospitality or retail, preferably in a luxury brand.
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Passion for retail and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Experience in demonstrating successful business growth.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Commercially focused.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
