About You:

We're looking for a Wholesale Operations Coordinator to support our Account Managers and Head of Partnerships in delivering a 1st class service in sales, delivery, and budget management to our existing partners.

As a key point of contact for both our external partners and internal teams, you'll be partner-facing and an ambassador for our brand. You'll be confident and articulate in approach, a people person, proactive, analytical, and passionate about our product ranges.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Book Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of orders, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Partner Tracker Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain partner information, ensuring up-to-date records and accurate tracking.
  • Monday Reporting/Actions: Prepare and submit weekly reports, highlighting key actions and progress.
  • Support Account Managers: Assist Account Managers with intake management, stock retention, and trade calls with key partners.
  • Action Picks with DC: Collaborate with the Distribution Centre to manage end-to-end order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Assist/Deputise: Support Account Managers in their absence, driving trade calls with key partners and agreeing actions with the Head of Partnerships.
  • Order Form Setup: Establish and maintain accurate order forms, ensuring seamless order processing.
  • Support Consolidation: Assist Account Managers in consolidating partner orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Intake Management: Work closely with core merchandising to manage intake, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Key Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for our Distribution Centre team, facilitating weekly meetings and actions.
  • Support Ad Hoc Queries: Provide general support for internal and external ad hoc queries.
  • Absence Support: Support the Head of Partnerships in managing the area in the absence of Account Managers.
  • Weekly Checks: Conduct weekly checks of all go-live partner platforms, identifying risks and opportunities to share with the Head of Partnerships, Account Managers, and wider team.
