About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Jewson. As a key member of our branch management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as first line support to the Branch Manager to lead and support the team to deliver success and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product lines and services to provide expert advice and solutions to customers
  • Proactively drive sales performance for the branch through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver a world-class customer experience
  • Contribute to the development of sales growth plans and strategies to drive business success
  • Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey
  • Lead the team to prioritize Health & Safety and demonstrate best practices to ensure a safe working environment
