This role is situated within our state-of-the-art community diagnostic facility, where you will support a diverse array of diagnostic procedures in CT and MRI.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with radiographers, nurses, consultants, and patients to enhance service efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Flexibility in working hours, including extended days and weekends, is essential for this position.
Strong communication skills are a must, as you will handle a variety of responsibilities encompassing patient care, administrative tasks, inventory management, and the upkeep of equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Imaging Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting and supporting the professional staff within the Imaging Directorate.
- Upholding a high standard of patient care by executing assigned duties.
- Facilitating an efficient and reliable patient throughput system to meet the operational needs of the unit.
- Overseeing the training of junior imaging support staff.
Your responsibilities will generally fall into four main categories:
1. Clinical Support
2. Administrative and Clerical Support
3. Inventory Management and Control
4. Cleaning and Infection Control Measures
