Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant with a keen interest in digital marketing and a strong desire to develop professionally. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and the broader Marketing team to cultivate essential marketing skills. Candidates should exhibit both creative and analytical talents, with opportunities to engage in comprehensive marketing initiatives, perform analysis and reporting, curate engaging content for our social media platforms, and craft compelling copy for our website that resonates with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate and schedule engaging content for all of Oryon Imaging's social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to monitor social media interactions and engage with key audiences to enhance awareness of Oryon Imaging's services.
  • Compose copy for marketing emails, website content, social media posts, and internal newsletters.
  • Support the Marketing team in executing ongoing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the planning, organization, and promotion of networking events or webinars.
  • Help manage and optimize the company's website, ensuring adherence to best SEO practices.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Assist with various marketing, technology, and innovation tasks as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of printed materials and promotional collateral.

  • Strong writing abilities.
  • Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is advantageous.

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
