Clinical Lead - Imaging Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Diagnostic Imaging team at Circle Health Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, responsive Diagnostic Imaging services to meet the needs of our patients and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Diagnostic Imaging professionals to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care and services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of Diagnostic Imaging services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and effective communication
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform service improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Diagnostic Imaging and implement best practices

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography
  • Knowledge of the healthcare service sector and the systems and processes used
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and cover a range of shifts
