Job Summary

Savills is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and Greet: Greet and welcome all internal and external clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Meeting Room Management: Confirm meeting room bookings daily and ensure that all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise with other support teams and communicate effectively with the wider team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as required, including entering meeting room bookings into the system and performing other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience: Previous corporate reception experience is essential for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a professional and friendly phone manner and meet and greet style.
  • Personality and Skills: A friendly personality, approachable, assertive, shows initiative, proactive, with excellent presentation and organisational skills.
  • Technical Skills: Previous experience of using switchboard and meeting room booking software, with IT skills and the ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
