Job Requirements
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, operations goals, and company policies and procedures.
  • Protect the Kurt Geiger and Selfridges brand by maintaining excellent visual presentation and adhering to company guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and be an expert in luxury retail.
  • Support management in training and developing the team to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in performance management of the team and support with floor control.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements for Success
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in a clienteling and service-driven environment.
  • Experience at a similar management level, with a proven track record of driving sales and team performance.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to drive a unique and memorable customer experience.
  • Impeccable presentation and a strong understanding of luxury and fashion-forward brands.
