Kurt Geiger, a leading luxury shoe and accessory retailer, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join its team. As a key driver of store success, the successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating all aspects of store operations to achieve exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury footwear and a proven track record of driving sales, supporting teams, and delivering exceptional customer service. With excellent communication skills and extensive retail knowledge, they will form lasting relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring customer service is of the highest standards at all times
  • Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, operations goals, and company policies
  • Protecting the Kurt Geiger brand and maintaining excellent visual presentation
  • Staying up-to-date with fashion trends and providing expert advice to customers
  • Supporting the management team in training and developing the team to maximize sales
  • Assisting with performance management and floor control
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements for the role include:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in a clienteling and service-driven environment
  • Experience at a similar management level, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to drive a unique customer experience
  • Proven ability to drive sales and team performance
  • Impeccable presentation and a strong understanding of the luxury fashion market
