Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Kurt Geiger. As a key driver of our store's success, you will be responsible for orchestrating all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales with your passion for luxury footwear.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times, providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving all store and company sales targets, operations goals, policies, and procedures.
- Protect the Kurt Geiger brand by maintaining excellent visual presentation and adhering to company guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of fashion trends and latest styles to provide expert advice to customers.
- Support management in training and developing the team to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in performance management of the team and support with floor control.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail within a clienteling and service-driven environment.
- Experience at a similar management level, with a proven track record of driving sales and team performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Impeccable presentation and a passion for luxury fashion.
