Position: Operations Centre Manager - Facility Oversight
Salary: Up to £29,500 per annum depending on experience (plus potential bonuses of 25% of the salary)
Location: Cheadle SK8 (Flexibility to travel to various locations across the North West required)
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Permanent

Commercial Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer tours of the facility
  • Participate in the sales process from initial viewings to finalizing office agreements.
  • Oversee and enhance the customer experience from start to finish, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing conversion rates
  • Manage customer onboarding, ensuring key interactions are seamless (e.g., tours, move-in processes, post-move feedback)
  • Handle the renewal process for customer contracts
  • Process supplier invoices
  • Manage monthly billing
  • Monitor and manage site profit and loss against budget
  • Achieve targeted profit margins for the Centre
  • Regularly review Centre debt, ensuring overdue invoices are addressed in line with budgetary expectations, collaborating with the Credit Control team.
  • Engage in networking opportunities
  • Establish connections with local Commercial Real Estate Agents

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Assume full accountability for customer service within the Centre
  • Ensure prompt resolution of all customer inquiries
  • Analyze NPS feedback and implement the agreed Action Plan
  • Facilitate efficient and smooth customer move-ins and move-outs
  • Maintain meeting room standards (e.g., furniture arrangement and equipment checks)
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to uphold site standards and ensure timely maintenance and refurbishments.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the business centre
  • Conduct daily inspections to confirm maintenance of appearance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety protocols (including weekly fire alarm tests, biannual evacuations, and hazard identification).

General Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of personal learning and development.
  • Actively engage in initiatives that enhance service quality.
  • Stay informed about the local market, including current customer demographics, competition, and commercial rates
  • Manage direct reports as required by the role
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by your line manager
