Role Overview
As a Telephony Team Manager for Intermediaries, your primary focus will be on guiding, mentoring, and training a service team to ensure that our broker partners receive exemplary service while meeting all team KPIs and SLA benchmarks.
You will play a crucial role in empowering the team to deliver exceptional service through both reactive and proactive communication, fostering skill development aligned with our business objectives, and nurturing a collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities include:
Leading an inbound telephony team, ensuring team members provide precise product and criteria information to intermediary partners, thereby maximizing sales opportunities within the Intermediary Relations Channel. Continuously monitoring and enhancing SLA standards within a telephony-based sales team to guarantee the achievement of all Key SLAs. Supporting the team in maintaining SLA standards by addressing inbound calls from intermediaries and responding to emails as necessary. Conducting regular coaching and call collaboration sessions with team members, offering constructive feedback to enhance confidence and service quality for intermediary brokers. Holding monthly one-on-one sessions with direct reports to advance their underwriting, sales, and regulatory knowledge and skills. Actively seeking to improve the customer experience by challenging existing processes and recommending changes to enhance service delivery.Required Qualifications
