We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telephony Team Manager to join our team at Together. As a Telephony Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to our intermediary partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that all team KPIs and SLA standards are achieved.
