Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes through training development and process change.
  • Design engaging training content and communication materials, leveraging innovative and creative skills to meet the diverse needs of colleague teams.
  • Coordinate and deliver training activities, assess and improve training content, and update process maps to optimise efficiency and effectiveness in supply chain operations.
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders, engage in change management, and drive organisational development and success through training and process improvements.
Requirements

You will be a dynamic and innovative professional with a proven track record in facilitating process change, training development, and effective communication strategies. You will bring a creative flair to training plans and change communications, utilising your ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups and leverage industry best practices.

You will excel in prioritising tasks, continually seeking improvement opportunities in training, engagement, and communication content delivery. Your personable and collaborative approach, coupled with your proficiency in process mapping and training development, will enable you to build positive relationships and drive positive change within the organisation.
