As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Client Support Specialist to enhance our aftercare customer service for our EV charging solutions. This role encompasses addressing inquiries, providing support, and troubleshooting issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone and email, and assist with live chat as it becomes available.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products to effectively assist customers.
  • Achieve individual performance metrics related to productivity and service quality, contributing to team objectives.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to user satisfaction.
  • Support vulnerable customers with the same high-quality service.
  • Follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Support team to escalate customer issues as needed.
  • Be available for weekend and evening shifts when required.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom.
  • Experience handling technical inquiries and products.
  • Proven track record of meeting support-related performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Knowledge or experience in the electric vehicle sector.
  • Previous experience in a startup or scaling organization.
  • Experience in driving process enhancements.
